INFORMATION
At Adams Traditional Academy, we are proud to offer a structured, academically rigorous learning environment rooted in proven, traditional methods. Our program is best suited for students who thrive with clear expectations, consistency, and a strong focus on core academics.

ENROLLMENT WINDOW
Open enrollment for the upcoming school year begins in November and closes the day before our mid-January lottery. To be included in the lottery, families must complete and submit a pre-enrollment form during this window. The form will be available on our charter school website once enrollment opens. Dates will be announced each fall.
KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT
Our charter school offers both half-day (8:00 AM–11:15 AM) and full-day (8:00 AM–3:15 PM) kindergarten options. All academic instruction based on state standards takes place in the morning, with full-day students enjoying additional enrichment activities in the afternoon. Children must be 5 years old on or before August 31 of the school year to enroll.
ENROLLMENT LOTTERY
Open enrollment for our Phoenix charter grade school runs from November until the day before the lottery in mid-January. To be entered, submit a pre-enrollment form during this period. The form will be available on our website when enrollment opens. Dates will be announced each fall. Submitting your form on time ensures your student is included in the lottery process.
SIBLING
STATUS
Choice Academies proudly recognizes “sibling status” as part of our enrollment process. This means that siblings of students currently enrolled at our charter grade school will receive priority and be moved toward the top of the waiting list. While we cannot guarantee placement, we make every effort to keep siblings together whenever space allows, supporting families and strengthening our school community.
ADAMS
TRADITIONAL BEGINNINGS STUDENTS
Families from Adams Traditional Beginnings (ATB) must complete the same pre-enrollment form and follow the same steps outlined in our Open Enrollment process. This ensures all applicants are considered fairly and consistently as part of our admissions procedures.
CURRENT
ADAMS TRADITIONAL STUDENTS
If your child is currently enrolled at Adams Traditional Academy, you do not need to fill out a pre-enrollment form for the next school year. Their seat will automatically be reserved unless we receive a withdrawal notice or school change. However, if you have a child starting kindergarten who is a sibling of a current student, you must submit a pre-enrollment form for them.

Adams Traditional Academy complies with all state and federal public school laws and does not discriminate based on race, creed, color, national origin, or disability. As a school of choice, parents are encouraged to understand our program standards before enrolling. Incoming students must be 5 years old by August 31, 2025.
